How far in advance should I book my marquee letters?
For spring and fall weekends in Pittsburgh, we recommend booking 2–3 months in advance to secure your date and your preferred wording. That said, we often accommodate last-minute bookings if inventory and delivery windows allow—reach out and we’ll do everything we can to say yes.
Do you deliver and set everything up?
Yes. Every package includes delivery, full setup, and takedown. Our team coordinates with your venue, finds the safest placement for your letters, and tests all lighting before we leave. After your event, we return to quietly collect everything so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Are the marquees safe for kids and outdoor use?
Our structures are weighted and designed to be stable, and our bulbs stay warm—not dangerously hot. For outdoor events, we’ll review surface, weather, and power access to make sure everything is safe. In high winds or severe weather, we may recommend indoor placement for everyone’s safety.
Can I customize the phrase, and what if it’s long?
Absolutely. Many of our clients spell last names, inside jokes, brand names, or full phrases. Shorter words often fit in a single line; longer phrases may be styled in stacked or staggered layouts. During booking, we’ll help you design something that looks balanced and beautiful in your space.
What areas around Pittsburgh do you serve?
We regularly serve venues in downtown Pittsburgh, the North Hills, South Hills, Monroeville, Robinson, Cranberry Township, and surrounding neighborhoods. If you’re outside these areas, let us know your venue address and we’ll confirm availability and any small travel fee.
